Update on Lebanon Tours

Oct. 27, 2024

Due to the ongoing conflict, all tours in Lebanon are cancelled until further notice.

The risk of direct attack while in the country and the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the country means that is it no longer safe or practical to visit Lebanon.

Lebanon is also normally our gateway to Syria, however, the main border crossing between Lebanon and Syria at Masnaa has been severely damaged, closing it to vehicles, leaving the scores of refugees entering Syria with a mountainous journey via foot.

Most flights in and out of Lebanon have been cancelled and those that are departing are full with Lebanese fleeing the conflict.

It saddens us to see a country we love so much being torn apart, however, we also know that Lebanon has seen conflict before and risen from the ashes, and we wait with bated breath to see a stronger and more vibrant Lebanon one day in the future.

We will reassess the situation in the future and return once we deem it is safe, as well as in the best interests of the Lebanese people, once they begin their road to recovery.
